with an estimated value of $1,000,000 plus, large
acreage, and non-conforming or atypical properties
requiring extensive research and addendum.
According
to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal
Practice, appraisers are no longer permitted to upgrade
or transfer appraisals. Each of these requests will
be treated as a new assignment. Fee will be negotiable
based on the age of the appraisal.
